Prof. Usha Jumani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)and is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with specialization in Organisation Development. She is a management consultant with professional experience of more than thirty years and has been actively engaged in interventions that promote the concept of self employment for the majority and autonomy for all. Building capacities of people to manage their own organisational forums effectively is the major focus of these interventions. Prof. Usha Jumani's experience covers a variety of fields in a large number of development organisations, both in India and abroad. She has published two books and several papers.
