Krupajal Business School (KBS), a part of Krupajal Group of Institutions set up in 1996, is located in Bhubaneswar on a 100 acre campus which also houses an engineering college and a Management College affilliated to BPUT. Faculty of Eminence are required in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Strategic Management and Operations Management.

KBS expects that the faculty of eminence should

Process an excellent academic record from a good academic institute, having exposure to professional educational Institutes abroad or apex institutes in India
Have international publication preferably in the last 7 years,
Have association as member of editorial board(s), in prestigious journals.
Have ability and drive to guide younger faculty to reach new heights, and
Have proven Industry contact and leadership for academic growth in functional areas.

Salary which will be commensurate with academic achievements and professional experience will be more than Rs. 1Lakh per month. Besides other privileges such as free local transport, free medical facilities in best known hospitals in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack research grant, reimbuesement of cost for participation in international conferences, travel allowance and revenue sharing in consulting and training programmes will also be provided.
